Recruiter - interview scheduling (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Sable Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Raleigh region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
