Recruiter - interview scheduling (Providence, RI)

Bright Ember Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
