Recruiter - interview scheduling (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Telecom Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
