Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Vale Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Portland, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Portland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
