Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Cross Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Portland. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
