Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Northwind Yarrow Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Portland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
