Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Bright Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Portland region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
