Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Meridian Legal Group is a law firm in Portland serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
