Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Portland serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
