Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Kestrel Staffing Group places workers with employers around Portland, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
