Recruiter - interview scheduling (Portland, OR)

Lumen Vale Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Portland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
