Recruiter - interview scheduling (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Union Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Pittsburgh, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
