Recruiter - interview scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Nest Community Partners Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
