Recruiter - interview scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Glen Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
