Recruiter - interview scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Phoenix, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
