Recruiter - interview scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Sable Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts.
