Recruiter - interview scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in Phoenix with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
