Recruiter - interview scheduling (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Phoenix with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
