Recruiter - interview scheduling (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Granite Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
