Recruiter - interview scheduling (Orlando, FL)

Nova Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Orlando, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
