Recruiter - interview scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
