Recruiter - interview scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Ivory Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
