Recruiter - interview scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Summit Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
