Recruiter - interview scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Lumen Vale Community Partners is a nonprofit in Omaha supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
