Recruiter - interview scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Omaha serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
