Recruiter - interview scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Quill Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
