Recruiter - interview scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Forge Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
