Recruiter - interview scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Bright Meridian Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
