Recruiter - interview scheduling (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
