Recruiter - interview scheduling (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Cobalt Learning Group is an education provider in Oklahoma City serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Families are partners. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
