Recruiter - interview scheduling (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Rowan Inspection Services is an inspection company in Oakland with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
