Recruiter - interview scheduling (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Forge Freight is a Oakland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
