Recruiter - interview scheduling (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
