Recruiter - interview scheduling (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Juniper Legal Group is a Nashville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
