Recruiter - interview scheduling (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Stone Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
