Recruiter - interview scheduling (Nashville, TN)

Summit Thistle Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 210 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
