Recruiter - interview scheduling (Nashville, TN)

Rivermark Fern Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
