Recruiter - interview scheduling (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Nashville. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
