Recruiter - interview scheduling (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Ember Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
