Recruiter - interview scheduling (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Bridge Environmental Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
