Recruiter - interview scheduling (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Bridge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
