Recruiter - interview scheduling (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Minneapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 324 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
