Recruiter - interview scheduling (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Thistle Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
