Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around Milwaukee with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
