Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
