Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 262 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
