Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Juniper Banking Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 841 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
