Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Summit Wren Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
