Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
