Recruiter - interview scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Iron Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
